Error packaging an Electron application on Windows

When I run rm -rf src/dist && yarn build && electron-builder build --publish never on git bash on windows, to package my electron/react app, I get the following error message:

Any ideas about the reason? This is my 1st electron app, and 2nd react app, and I don't really know what webpack is.

Where and how is this Laravel kernel constructor called? public fucntion __construct(Application $app, $Router $roouter) { } I have read the documentation and some online tutorial but I can find any clear explanation. How to show number of registered users in Laravel based on usertype?
