I'm getting this weird red color texts in my react code

I'm getting this weird red color text in my vscode, the code runs on my localhost(local machine), and also "npm run build" works. But when I try to host it on Vercel it doesn't work. enter image description here. This is my code enter image description here.

Where and how is this Laravel kernel constructor called? public fucntion __construct(Application $app, $Router $roouter) { } I have read the documentation and some online tutorial but I can find any clear explanation. How to show number of registered users in Laravel based on usertype?
