How would one begin to create a calendar that fetches it’s listings from an ICS file/link but allows users to select a listing to inquire about?

ive just began learning web dev and would like to know what steps to take to create the functionality mentioned on a webpage.

Basically the calendar would draw info from an already existing one on a different website with the main purpose of showing users what dates are available to be booked.

Where and how is this Laravel kernel constructor called? public fucntion __construct(Application $app, $Router $roouter) { } I have read the documentation and some online tutorial but I can find any clear explanation. How to show number of registered users in Laravel based on usertype?
