How to create switchable Y-axis using react-chartjs-2 in React?

I am trying to implement a feature where the chart is shown depending on which tab is selected on Y-axis. I have attached images for better understanding.

In the above images 'CDAI', and 'Patient Global' are clickable tabs, and when I click on any tab on the y-axis, its chart is shown.

I have gone through chart.js documentation but could not find any example where tabs were used on the y-axis.

How to show number of registered users in Laravel based on usertype?
